The standard MT-E modular plastic belt has a pitch of 50,8 mm and cross rods of 6 mm and is available in polypropylene (white) and polyethylene (blue). The separate modules have a length of 100 mm and are 14 mm thick. The sides of the belt are to be executed with welded edges MT-KK or with roller edges MT-RK.

MT-C-VK modular polyacetal belting with side chains and sideplates
The MT-C modular plastic belt can be executed with a pitch of 76,2 mm or 101,6 mm and is available in polyacetal (light blue) for freezing systems. Belt can be equipped with high side plates and a 1 ½” or a 2” chain MT-C-VK.
The MT belt is positively driven by sprockets, and can be used at conveyor speeds of less than 1 metre per minute up to 15 metres per minute. Speeds above 15 metres per minute are considered to be high speeds.
The MT belts are used in production processes with temperatures of -40ºC (polyacetal, polyethylene) up to +100ºC (polypropylene) in food and other industries.
MT plastic modular belts are used in, for example:
–
cooling systems
–washing systems
–blanching systems
–sieving systems
–drying systems
–sorting sysems
–waste treatment systems
–product handling systems
